Pink Moon Presents delivers luxury festival accommodation and experiences across major UK and Ireland festivals, giving festival-goers home comforts without the hassle of pitching a tent. Their reusable, eco-conscious setups offer a premium base across 20+ festivals, hosting 60,000+ festival-goers since launching in 2012.
We partnered with Pink Moon Presents to design and build a new eCommerce platform for the ultimate festival experience, replacing a fragile, outdated website that couldn’t scale. The project included UX/UI, development, and a custom “Experience Builder” shopping flow, built on Craft CMS + Craft Commerce, launching in June 2024.

The challenge
The old site was falling apart: difficult to update, unclear for users, and not aligned with the quality of the Pink Moon experience. Customers struggled to explore events, understand the offering, and build a complete package. Internally, reporting, refunds, and sales management were inefficient, and had become chaotic.

The outcome
The new platform launched smoothly for Pink Moon’s first event and immediately gave the brand a stronger, more premium online presence. Since launching in June 2024, the website has processed £22m+ in sales, helping Pink Moon convert more customers through a clearer journey and a more premium experience overall.
